Founded in 1999, Fibre Composites is a South Australian advanced composite manufacturer. We design and manufacture carbon fibre, Kevlar, fibreglass and hybrid laminate components using vacuum infusion, resin transfer moulding and precision hand lay-up, for defence, medical, engineering and industrial clients.

As a fibreglass manufacturer in Adelaide, with our own fibreglass factory and fibre manufacturing under one roof in Wingfield, we take a project from design and R&D through to a finished, fitted-out part.

Engineered to do what steel, aluminium and timber can’t.

A composite combines a structural glass fibre with a resin matrix, the resin transfers shear while the fibres carry tensile and compressive loads. The result is a material that can be shaped to almost any geometry, at a fraction of the weight of steel.

As an Adelaide fibreglass manufacturer, we design and manufacture advanced composite components in carbon fibre, Kevlar, fibreglass and hybrid laminates, using vacuum infusion, resin transfer moulding (RTM) and precision hand lay-up. From design and prototyping through to production, our specialised staff take your component from concept to finished, fitted-out part.

Our work spans custom fibreglass manufacturing and contract fibreglass manufacturing, fibreglass composite manufacturing, fibreglass fabrication services and industrial fibreglass fabrication, plus FRP manufacturing and GRP manufacturing alongside advanced carbon and Kevlar composites.
