// Product

Advanced composites, moulded to your design

We manufacture advanced composite components in carbon fibre, Kevlar, fibreglass and hybrid laminates, designed and tooled in-house.

When a part has to be light, strong and precisely shaped, advanced composites deliver. We mould components to your design using vacuum infusion, RTM and hand lay-up, with patterns and tooling made and held in-house in Adelaide.

From prototype to production

From a single prototype through to production runs, we handle design, tooling, manufacture and finishing under one roof.

// What we make

Components for any application

Structural and cosmetic composite parts, moulded to shape in the fibre and resin that suits.

fiberglass composite panels
Structural parts

Load-bearing components in carbon, glass and hybrid laminate, engineered to carry real loads at a fraction of the weight of metal.

fiberglass composite panels
Body panels & covers

Panels, covers, housings and fairings moulded to shape, with a smooth finished face straight out of the mould.

Advanced Composite Panel fiberglass
Ducting & enclosures

Ducts, enclosures, trunking and custom mouldings for air, fluid and equipment, corrosion-proof and sealed.

Advanced Composite panel fiberglass
Prototypes & tooling

One-off prototypes and the patterns and tooling to make them, ready to carry straight through to production.

// Why composites

Why advanced composites

Composite components do four things metal cannot.

Lightweight

High strength-to-weight, at a fraction of the mass of steel or aluminium.

Mouldable

Complex shapes moulded in one seamless piece, with no joints to fail.

Corrosion-proof

No rust or corrosion in harsh, wet, chemical or coastal conditions.

Tunable

Fibre, resin and lay-up matched to each part and its loads.

// Materials & methods

The right material, the right process

Each component gets the fibre and resin matched to its loads and environment.

Materials
  • Carbon fibre: maximum strength-to-weight.

  • Kevlar: impact and abrasion resistance.

  • Fibreglass & GRP: tough, versatile and cost-effective.

  • Vinyl ester & hybrids: chemistry tuned to the part.

Processes
  • Vacuum infusion: light, consistent laminates.

  • RTM & closed moulding: repeatable production parts.

  • Hand lay-up: prototypes, one-offs and large parts.

  • In-house tooling: patterns and moulds held on site.

// How we work

Design through to deliver

Every step under one roof in Adelaide, so a composites project moves from drawing to finished part without the gaps that come from outsourcing.

Design & layout

01

Site measure, engineering and layout worked through alongside your team.

Tooling & moulds

02

Patterns and moulds built and held in-house, ready to reuse on repeat runs.

Manufacture

03

Composite parts moulded to tight tolerances in carbon, Kevlar and glass.

Finishing & install

04

Cutting, fabrication, fittings and finishing, delivered install-ready.

Common questions

We manufacture in carbon fibre, Kevlar, fibreglass and hybrid laminates, with the fibre, resin and lay-up matched to each part’s loads and operating environment.

Yes. We work from your drawings, 3D models or a concept, and handle design, tooling and manufacture in-house, from a first prototype through to full production.

Mainly vacuum infusion, resin transfer moulding (RTM) and precision hand lay-up, selected to suit the part, the production volume and the finish you need.

Both. We build single prototypes and the tooling to make them, then carry the same parts through to ongoing production runs.

All design, tooling and manufacture is done in-house at our facility in Wingfield, Adelaide, South Australia.
