// Capability

Defence fibreglass, end to end

We manufacture defence fibreglass and aerospace components, where weight, strength, signature and corrosion all matter at once.

Fibreglass earns its place in defence and aerospace for the reasons metal cannot match: it is light, strong, corrosion-proof, non-magnetic and transparent to radio frequencies. We work in fibreglass, carbon fibre, Kevlar and hybrid laminates, using vacuum infusion, resin transfer moulding and precision hand lay-up to hold tight tolerances on critical parts.

Sovereign capability

As an Australian owned manufacturer based in Adelaide, we offer sovereign-capable production for defence supply chains, with design, tooling and manufacture handled in-house and held to schedule, from a single prototype through to a production run.

// What we make

Defence fibreglass, built for the mission

Defence fibreglass and aerospace parts, from RF-transparent radomes to ballistic panels and naval componentry, made to your drawings and standards.

Radomes & antenna shrouds

01

RF-transparent fibreglass housings that protect sensitive electronics without blocking radar or radio.

Ballistic & blast panels

02

Lightweight protective panels and structural assemblies for vehicles, shelters and deployable ground equipment.

Naval & submarine componentry

03

Corrosion-proof, non-magnetic fibreglass parts built for harsh marine service, from above deck to below the waterline.

Aerospace & UAV parts

04

Lightweight aerospace bodies, panels and structures where every gram counts and stiffness cannot be compromised.

// Why composites

The edge over metal in the field

For defence and aerospace, fibreglass does four things metal struggles with, all in the same part.

RF-transparent

Fibreglass radomes that protect electronics without blocking the signal.

Light & strong

A fraction of the weight of steel, so aircraft, UAVs and vehicles carry more.

Non-magnetic

No magnetic signature, ideal for naval, minehunting and sensitive instruments.

Corrosion-proof

Shrugs off saltwater, weather and chemicals for a long service life.

// Materials & methods

The right material, the right process

Defence and aerospace parts get the material and process matched to the job, whether that calls for stiffness, impact resistance, RF transparency or low weight.

Materials
  • Fibreglass: Tough, RF-Transparent, Non-Magnetic and Corrosion-Proof.

  • Carbon Fibre: Maximum Stiffness and Strength at Minimum Weight.

  • Kevlar (Aramid): Impact and Ballistic Resistance.

  • Hybrid Laminates: Blended Fibres Tuned to the Part.

Processes
  • Vacuum Infusion: Consistent, High-Quality Structural Laminates.

  • Resin Transfer Moulding: Repeatable Parts with Two Clean Faces.

  • Precision Hand Lay-Up: Complex One-Offs and Low Volumes.

  • In-House Tooling: Moulds and Patterns Made and Held on Site.

// How we work

Design through to delivery

Every step under one roof in Adelaide, so a defence or aerospace project moves from drawing to finished part without the gaps that come from outsourcing.

Design & R&D

01

Concept, engineering and prototyping alongside your team.

Tooling & moulds

02

Patterns and moulds built and held in-house, ready to reuse.

Manufacture

03

Infusion, RTM and hand lay-up to tight, repeatable tolerances.

Finishing & fit-out

04

Machining, bonding, fittings and final finishing to your spec.
