// Capability

Agriculture fibreglass, end to end

We supply and manufacture agriculture fibreglass for farms and dairies, built for wet, acidic, wash-down conditions.

Farms and dairies are wet, acidic and washed down daily. Agriculture fibreglass does not rust or rot, stays non-slip when wet and hoses clean, from shed flooring and grating through to tanks, troughs and covers.

Built to suit your farm

As an Australian owned manufacturer based in Adelaide, we handle design, fabrication and manufacture in-house and hold it to schedule, from a single dairy shed through to a whole-of-farm fit-out.

// Why composites

Why fibreglass on the farm

Agriculture fibreglass does four things steel and timber cannot.

Corrosion-proof

No rust or rot in wet, acidic dairy, effluent and fertiliser conditions.

Non-slip

Safe footing for stock and workers when wet, every day of the year.

Hygienic

Smooth, sealed surfaces that hose clean and resist bacteria and odour.

Low maintenance

Decades of service with little upkeep, repair or replacement.

// Materials & methods

The right material, the right process

Flooring, tanks and troughs get the material and finish matched to wash-down and effluent duty.

Materials
  • Fibreglass (E-glass): Tough, Corrosion-Proof and Cost-Effective.

  • Vinyl Ester Resin: Extra Acid and Effluent Resistance.

  • Gelcoat Finishes: Smooth, Hygienic, Hose-Clean Surfaces.

  • Anti-Slip Topping: Gritted Surface for Safe Footing.

Processes
  • Moulded Grating: Non-Slip, Free-Draining Floors.

  • Tank Fabrication: Water, Feed and Effluent Vessels.

  • Custom Fabrication: Cut and Built to Your Shed Layout.

  • In-House Tooling: Moulds and Patterns Made and Held on Site.
